Many decorated metal manufacturers will use a specific type of coating adapted
to their specific products and their intended usage.
In architectural applications, most decorated plain sheet metals in Cooper
and Aluminum are coated with a nitrocellulosic type lacquer. Whereas other
metals and metal laminates use epoxy or urethane coatings.
